Marketing / Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing / Senior Marketing Specialist will:

  • Develop Branding and Marketing Execution strategies to generate company / product awareness and revenue

  • In close collaboration with the Commercial Development and Payer Relations teams, execute promotional campaigns to include email blasts, social media programs, blogging, and other grassroots outreach programs

  • Develop content, graphics, and SEO strategy for company website

  • Manage MAT CRM, including increasing its robustness, executing email marketing strategies, and enable inbound inquiries

  • Support Technology team in Portal Design to enhance the customer experience and ensure consistency with overall brand presentation

  • Input to external communications which includes publications, white papers, and congresses


  • In collaboration with senior management, develop a customer acquisition strategy utilizing MAT all appropriate social media channels

  • Oversee Conference / Congress strategy, including Booth Design, Marketing campaigns, and deciding on conference mix, including the tracking/measuring ROI

  • Develop content for the core web site pages specific to MAT technology offering and implement within the website

  • Management of customer relations management (CRM) system including automation and tracking of marketing outreach programs

  • Enhancing Capabilities Slide Decks, RPR Portal, and supporting the development solutions for automating Portal outputs by integrating customer feedback

Experience and Expertise

  • 2+ years Marketing Experience of a technology and/or product based offering

  • 2+ years experience in a healthcare consultancy in the areas of marketing, pricing, market access and/or health economic related disciplines

  • Promotional execution experience

  • Experience working with / utilizing portals for communication and market research purposes preferred

  • Experience in startup atmosphere

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills


  • 10-20% including international travel


  • NYC or London, UK; Remote considered
